Real Estate Business linked to Tourism leads to economy progress-Binay says
Real estate businesses today is in so much bet to rise the economic link of the Philippines. This is a statement proposed by Mayor Jejomar Binay who strongly believed that such opportunity will open new jobs for the Filipinos.
During the 20th Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA) National Convention held at the Maricott Hotel in Pasay City, Binay stressed out that Real Estate projects when combined with tourism creates foreign investments and jobs.
He also stated that only labors should be made to tread many infrastructures, accessibility, transportation, quality of facilities and support services to gain the standing of the country as “Retirement Haven of Southeast Asia”.
Binay encouraged partnership between housing sector, tourism and the Real Estate industries. He said that the government is now counterfeiting with the Local Government Units in lieu with the disposal of about P200 billion acquired housing assets which the government can make a deal of retailing whenever Real Estate companies markets such disposals.
